摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法和旋涂法在普通玻片上制备了具有锐钛矿相结构的TiO2纳米薄膜,系统研究了退火时间对薄膜中TiO2纳米晶粒的尺寸和TiO2薄膜光催化效率的影响。结果表明,随着退火时间的增加,薄膜中TiO2纳米晶粒的尺寸增加,但TiO2薄膜的光催化效率降低。据此从理论上分析了引起上述实验现象的物理机制。

Abstract:Nanostructured anatase titania thin film was prepared on glass substrate by sol-gel process combining with spin-coating technology. The effects of annealing time on the grain size and photocatalysis efficiency of the film were systematically studied. The experimental data show that the grain size of TiO2 nanoparticles would increase with the extension of annealing time, while the photocatalysis efficiency of TiO2 thin film would decrease with it. The physical mechanisms leading to the above experimental phenomena were analyzed based on these results.
