摘    要:球式自动平衡装置用于在线自动平衡转子的不平衡,并对振动进行控制。目前相关研究集中在平面运动的单盘球式自动平衡装置,然而实际高速运动的转轴大多产生非平面运动。考虑转子系统动不平衡,建立双盘球式自动平衡装置的数学模型,采用拉格朗日方程推导运动微分方程。通过平均法对稳定性和主共振进行理论分析论证,进行数值模拟仿真,分析不同转速转子的运动特性和滚球运动规律。研究表明,该装置在过临界转速时发生稳态振动,有良好的平衡制振性能。研究结果可为自动平衡装置设计提供理论参考。

Abstract:The automatic ball balancer is an equipment used to balance the rotor imbalance and control its forced vibration. Although most of the rotating shafts of the actual high-speed motion generate non-planar motion actually, the related research focuses on the single-ball automatic balancing device for plane motion at present. A Jeffcott rotor system dynamic imbalance was considered. The mathematical model of the double-ball type automatic balancing device was established and the Lagrange equation to derive the motion differential equation was used. Through using average method, its stability and main resonance were analyzed. The vibration characteristics and dynamic laws of the rotor and balls within many rotating speed regions were analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the balancer can generate steady-state vibration at over-critical speed and have good balance damping performance. The research result provides the theoretical reference for the design of automatic balancing devices.
