航空发动机转速传感器失效下转速限制保护的控制方法

摘    要:针对转速传感器失效时航空发动机转速控制系统的输出响应会严重偏离设定点。在传感器失效下,提出将限制保护控制技术用于转速控制系统输出响应的控制。依次向系统注入偏置、漂移、开路、短路及周期性干扰等故障,在传感器失效下对比转速控制与限制保护控制的系统。仿真结果表明,传感器失效后,限制保护控制的系统,其输出响应并未受到严重影响,转速响应及燃油流量始终维持在设定值附近。

Abstract:Aiming to output response of speed control system on the aero-engine deviates from set-point seriously under speed sensor failures. Under speed sensor failures, technology of limit protection control was proposed to use to output response control of speed control system. all kinds of faults such as bias fault, drift fault, impulse fault, open fault, short fault, and periodic interference fault were injected into the speed control system. Speed control system was compared with the system of limit protection control when speed sensor failures happened. The simulation results show that the system of speed limit protection control don"t serious influence by sensor failures, comparing the speed control system, in which speed response and fuel flow maintain the set-point nearby.
