基于Visual Lisp的高阶多段变性椭圆齿轮节曲线参数化设计

摘    要:高阶变性椭圆齿轮是在综合研究高阶椭圆和变性椭圆生成机理的基础上提出的一种新型的非圆齿轮形式。针对其节曲线设计的复杂性和计算量大的特点,提出了一种根据高阶变性椭圆齿轮节曲线的极坐标方程。以AutoCAD为平台以Visual Lisp为开发工具的方法对该类椭圆齿轮节曲线进行参数化设计,使得高阶变性椭圆齿轮的节曲线设计更加精确、快速。同时,这为后期高阶变性椭圆齿轮的CAD/CAM系统的研究工作奠定了基础。

Abstract:Higher-order deformed elliptic gears is a new non-circular gear form based on synthesized the creating mechanism of high-order elliptic and deformed elliptic.Aiming at the complexity of its pitch curve design and the characteristics of the large amount of calculation,according to the polar equation of the higher-order modified oval gear pitch curve, the parametric design for the higher-order modified oval gear pitch curve is by using Visual Lisp as the development tools in AutoCAD that is in order to making it accurately and quickly. At the same time, this study can lay the foundation for the research of higher-order modified oval gear CAD/CAM system.
