加速度表自动化测试系统设计

摘    要:针对当前加速度表测试存在的问题,设计了基于LabVIEW和RS—232总线的加表自动化测试系统。提出了静态测试和动态测试的方法,设计了自动调平平台,实现了高G值、大量程加表数据的高精度采集。该系统简化了测试流程,节省了测试时间,节约了人力和资源,提高了测试的可靠性。

Abstract:The working principle of the quartz elastic accelerometer and the problem existed in the test were analyzed , an automatic test system was designed. In this paper a normality test and an electric stimulation test were introduced, an automatic leveling platform was designed, the data high-precision acquisition of the high-G value, wide range accelerometer was complemented, an automatic test platform based on the LabVIEW and the RS-232 bus was built, The testing process of the system was simplified, the test time was reduced, the manpower and resources were saved, the reliability of testing was improved in this system.
