摘    要:针对汽车在不平路面行驶时产生的振动会损伤汽车部件和影响乘客舒适性的问题,本文提出一种含时滞反馈控制的主动悬架在四分之一车模型中的减振方法。该悬架模型有三个自由度,由乘客质量、车身质量和簧下质量三部分组成。通过异步学习因子粒子群算法确定时滞控制参数,并将控制参数运用频域扫描法进行稳定性分析,最后建立含时滞反馈控制的主动悬架系统的仿真模型,仿真结果表明:与被动悬架相比,含时滞反馈的控制主动悬架无论在简谐激励还是路面激励下,乘客和车身加速度的均方根值都有明显的降低,具有较好的减振效果。含时滞反馈的控制主动悬架在改善乘坐舒适性和行驶平顺性方面具有优越性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the vibration produced by the vehicle driving on the uneven road will damage the vehicle parts and affect the passengers comfort, this paper proposes a vibration reduction method of active suspension with time-delay feedback control in the 1/4 vehicl model. The suspension model has three degrees of freedom, which consists of three parts: passenger mass, body mass and unsprung mass. By the particle swarm optimization of asynchronous acceleration coefficient, the time delay control parameters are determined, and the stability of the control parameters is analyzed by using the frequency sweeping method, finally, the simulation model of the active suspension system with the time delay feedback control is built. The simulation results show that compared with the passive suspension, no matter under the simple harmonic excitation or the road excitation, the RMS values of the accelerated speed of the passengers and the body are significantly reduced with the active suspension with time-delay feedback control, which has a better vibration reduction effect. The active suspension with time delay feedback control has advantages in improving ride comfort and ride smooth.
