摘    要:经过多年深耕挖潜,目前国内机场容量的瓶颈已逐渐转移至终端区之外的区域管制空域。细胞传输模型(CTM)适用于中观交通流仿真,可描述较为宏观的问题。本文基于区域航路网络拓扑结构,将区域管制空域(简称“区域”)的交通流分为通过流与进入流,采用CTM建立区域增维模型,以区域容量作为目标函数构建MILP模型,利用遗传算法求解,通过TAAM仿真验证模型的准确性。

Abstract:After years of deep cultivation and exploration, the bottleneck of domestic airport capacity has gradually shifted to the regional controlled airspace outside the terminal area. The cell transport model (CTM) is suitable for the simulation of medium traffic flow and can describe the macro problems. In this paper, based on the regional route network topology, traffic flows in the regional controlled airspace (" region ") are divided into passing and entering flows. The region increment-dimensional model is established by using CTM, and the MILP model is constructed by using the regional capacity as the objective function. The accuracy of the model is verified by TAAM simulation.
