| 摘 要： | 对工程项目代建制模式的优劣进行了探讨，指出实行代建制能够提高交易效率，改善工程建设市场的微观结构，铲除政府投资腐败现象等．同时揭示了代建制在推行过程中存在的一些问题，并针对具体问题给出了解决方案，强调应完善代建制的制度体系．加强代建企业自身建设及行业建设。

| Abstract: | The advantages and disadvantages of Engineering Project Authorized Management(EPAM)are analysed. It points out that EPAM can increase the exchange efficiency through the middle agent, improve the market microstructure of engineering projects and eliminate the corruption of government investment. To solve the problems exiting in the implementing of EPAM, that it is necessary to strengthen the system construction and enhance the construction of profession and enterprise. |
