| 摘 要： | 将淋巴囊肿病病毒（Lymphocystis disease virus,LCDV）主要衣壳蛋白（Majoy capsid protein，MCP）0.6kb基因片段克隆入真核表达载体pEGFP-N2，得到阳性重组质粒pEGFP-N2-LCDV0.6，用脂质体法将其转染入真核细胞CHO，并进行瞬时表达，荧光显微镜观察及特异性RT-PCR检测结果表明：已成功将目的片断LCDV MCP 0.6kb转染到CHO细胞，并得到了初步表达。此研究为LCDV基因工程疫苗的研制提供了实验资料。

| Abstract: | LCDV major capsid protein 0.6 kb gene fragment was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N_2. Thenthe recombinant plasmid was transfected into CHO cell by lipofectamine 2000RT-PCR. Fluorescence microscope was used todetect the transient expression, the results showed that LCDV MCP 0.6 kb gene fragment was transfected and erpressed in CHOcell successfully. lt establishes foundation to research the genetic engineering vaccine of LCDV. |
