客运专线无砟轨道梁端扣件上拔力研究

摘    要:针对客运专线无砟轨道梁端转角和竖向相对位移对梁端轨道结构设计的影响,分析了无砟轨道梁端扣件上拔力产生的机理。建立了无砟轨道梁端扣件上拔力计算的有限元模型。分析了梁端转角、竖向相对位移、梁缝处扣件间距、梁端悬出长度、梁高等对扣件上拔力的影响规律,为客运专线梁端无砟轨道结构设计提供理论参考。

Abstract:Considering the influence of the angles of rotation and vertical relative displacement at bridge ends of the unballast track on passenger dedicated line to structural design for bridge end track, this paper analyzed the mechanism of uplift force of the fasteners for bridge ends of the unballast track, and established the finite element model for calculating uplift force of the fasteners for bridge ends of the unballast track. It also analyzed the influencing laws of the various factors on uplift force of the fasteners. These factors included the angles of rotation at bridge ends, vertical relative displacement, fastener space in the bridge seam, overhanging length of bridge ends, the height of the bridge and so on. And it provided theory guide for structural design for bridge end unballast track on passenger dedicated line.
