摘    要:因地制宜发展乡村分布式风电、光伏等多种清洁能源,推进耦合分布式能源机组、多种能源类型的综合能源系统落地农村地区,对于实现农村经济绿色低碳发展、建设美丽乡村具有重大意义。然而受农村地区经济承受力弱、分布式设备投资成本高、能源管理运营权限等多因素影响,由不同能源投资主体投资组建综合能源系统将成为综合能源系统落地农村的重要方式之一。因此,研究构建了由不同投资主体投资组建的电-热-气农村综合能源系统,以净收益最大化为目标构建运行优化模型,量化合作投资运行下农村综合能源系统净收益,在此基础上,构建了基于改进Shapley值法的投资主体效益分配模型。以期为指导涉及多方投资主体的复杂农村综合能源系统落地建设和可持续发展提供参考,更快、更好地促进农村综合能源系统发展。

Abstract:In 2021, China has achieved comprehensive poverty eradication, and rural revitalization has entered a brand new era. "electricity comes first for rural revitalization", so rural distributed wind power, photovoltaics and other kinds of clean energy are developed based on local conditions. Integrated energy systems coupled with distributed energy units and a variety of energy types are built in rural areas, which is conducive to the realization of green and low-carbon development of rural economy and construction of beautiful countryside. However, due to the weak economic affordability of rural areas, high investment costs of distributed equipment and energy management and operation authority, the formation of integrated energy system by different energy investment bodies will become one of the important ways to land the integrated energy system in rural areas. Therefore, the study constructs a rural integrated energy system of electricity, heat and gas invested by different entities, builds an operation optimization model with the goal of maximizing net income, and quantifies the net income of rural integrated energy system under cooperative investment operation. On this basis, a benefit distribution model is established by using and improving Shapley value method for investment entities, in order to provide guidance and reference for the sustainable development of complex rural integrated energy systems involving multiple investment entities, and to promote the development of rural integrated energy systems in a quicker and better way.
