摘    要:对电磁搅拌法制备的高碳钢T10半固态坯料,采用Gleeble-1500热/力模拟机进行压缩变形实验,研究其在不同变形速率下的流变应力和组织演变规律。实验结果表明,随变形速率的提高,应力峰值下降,热软化现象减弱,试样心部的晶粒尺寸减小,边部的“大结构”破碎。

Abstract:The compression deformation experiments were carried out by using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator with specimens of semi-solid high carbon steel T10 fabricated by electromagnetism stirring process. The deformation resistance and microstructure evolution law and the deformation mechanism of samples at different rate were analyzed. Experimental results show, the maximum value of the deformation resistance of semi-solid high carbon steel T10 decreases, at the same time, aggregation at the edge of sample break down, and the average size of grains at center decreases with the deformation rate increasing.
