基于LED光源的窄带成像内镜系统的设计

摘    要:窄带成像技术(narrow band imaging,NBI)是一种光学图像增强技术,可以对人体腔道黏膜内的血管形态进行增强显示。根据人体黏膜组织与光源相互作用的物理特性,设计了一种基于LED光源的窄带成像内镜系统;其中提出了一种新的窄带光源设计方案及与之配套的图像重建方法,该内镜系统可以有效地强调黏膜表层及其下层的血管形态,突出黏膜内血管与周围组织间的对比度,提早癌检出率。

Abstract:Narrow Band imaging(NBI)is an image-enhanced technology,and it can emphasis the vascular pattern within mucosal,improving the detection rate of early neoplasia .This paper designs an Narrow Band imaging endoscopy system based on LED light source according to the interacting physical characteristics between narrow band light source and mucosal tissue,this system includes one new design of LED light source.While imaging the checked parts through this narrow band light source ,the system could emphasis the vascular pattern of superficial mucosal and submucosal. Consequently,it can increase the detection rate of early neoplasia.
