摘    要:为了使机器视觉系统广泛应用于实际生活中,设计基于嵌入式机器视觉信息采集系统,规划系统硬件的总体结构,首先设计了S3C2410微处理器,节约了采集成本,降低采集能耗;然后利用升压DC/DC转换器PT1301对电源进行升压处理,提高了采集效率;并选择MT9J003传感器作为嵌入式机器视觉信息传感器。系统将Microsoft Windows CE操作系统作为开发工具,对信息进行采集前,设计驱动系统,编写了驱动程序和信息采集程序的部分代码。实验结果表明,所设计系统采集精度高、采集信息较完整、整体质量较好,可靠性和实用性较强。

Abstract:In order to make the machine vision system is widely applied in real life, design information collection system based on embedded machine vision, planning and the overall structure of the system hardware, first the S3C2410 microprocessor design, save the acquisition costs, reduce energy consumption of acquisition; Then use PT1301 step-up DC/DC converter to boost the power supply, improve the efficiency of the collection; And select MT9J003 sensor as an embedded machine vision sensor information. System will be Microsoft Windows CE operating system as a development tool, the information acquisition, drive system design, write the driver and information acquisition part of the code of the program. The experimental results show that the designed system sampling precision, information is complete, the overall quality is better, with a strong reliability and practicability.
