海底双层输油管道泄漏扩散数值分析

摘    要:建立了海底双层输油管道发生泄漏时的物理模型和数学模型.利用Fluent模拟软件,对海底双层输油管道泄漏过程进行二维数值模拟.结果表明:(1)垂直泄漏孔方向,压力逐渐升高,夹层压力传递过程中发生击波现象,击波范围逐渐减小.(2)对应泄漏孔壁面速度几乎为零,沿外壁面上速度最大.随着泄漏时间增加,速度逐渐减小.(3)泄漏最初夹层空间温度较高,泄漏孔压力越大,温度变化越快.

Abstract:The physical model and mathematical model of double-skin oil pipeline under the sea are established; Fluent simulation software is used for 2d simulation of leakage of double-skin oil pipeline under the sea. The results show that: (1) The pressure is increased gradually at vertical direction of leak hole, shock wave phenomenon occurs in stress transfer process of sandwich, the scope of shock wave gradually decreases; (2) The speed corresponding leak hole wall is almost zero, the maximum speed is on the wall, speed reduces gradually with leakage time increased; (3) sandwich temperature of initial leakage is very high, the bigger pressure of leak hole is, the more quickly the temperature varies.
