摘    要:杜813-H203井是辽河油田在超稠油油藏所钻的一口浅水平井。由于该井水平段较长且岩性疏松,井壁掉块严重,井眼多呈台阶状,加之岩屑堆积,增大了后续作业遇卡的风险。为解决测井及后期下套管遇阻问题,根据超稠油油藏的特点采用水平井扩眼技术,清除岩屑床,扩大、修正了原井眼。实测结果表明:该水平段摩擦阻力高于该地层正常钻进水平井的两倍以上,严重影响后续作业。扩眼后整个测井和下套管安全顺利,有效解决了后期作业的复杂情况,提高了固井质量,延长了油井使用寿命。

Abstract:Du 813-H203 well is a shallow horizontal well in super heavy oil reservoir. Because the horizontal section is long, the lithology is loose and the borehole is easily to collapse, together with the step-shape of wellbore and the sedimentation of cuttings, the sticking risk is increased in subsequent operations. To solve the sticking problem during logging and casing operations, reaming technology of horizontal well based on the characteristic of super heavy oil reservoir is adopted, the cuttings bed is removed and the wellbore is enlarged and revised. The test results show that the frictional resistance in this horizontal section is two times higher than the normal one, and it is seriously influence the subsequent operations, but the logging and casing operations is safe and successful after reaming. It is effectively solve the complex situations of subsequent operations, the cementing quality is enhanced and the production life of oil well is extended.
