摘    要:断块油藏储层平面非均质严重,在长期的注水开发过程中剩余油分布复杂,平面动用不均衡。通过油水井合理的配产配注,可以改变不均衡的状况。针对断块油藏中一注两采井组和两注一采井组在特高含水期两注采井间动用不均衡的状况,提出了特高含水期均衡驱替的标准,并在不同的储层非均质情况下,开展了井组的配产配注优化研究,建立了不同非均质储层情况下,两种井组在给定的调控时间内达到均衡驱替的注水量或液量分配比例图版。将研究成果应用到实际井组的注采调配中,取得了较好的开发效果。

Abstract:Plane heterogeneity is serious in fault block reservoir, which resulted in the complex remaining oil distribution and the imbalanced plane displacement situation after the long-term water-flooding process. The imbalanced situation can be changed through the reasonable production and injection rate proration. Aiming at the disequilibrium situation of the two kinds of well groups which are comprised of one injection and two production wells or one production and two injection wells in extra high water cut stage, the standard of equilibrium displacement in extra high water cut stage is put forward. And optimization research on production and injection rate proration for well groups was carry out under the condition of different heterogeneous reservoirs. The layouts of water injection rate or liquid production rate allocation proportion are established when two kinds of well groups reached equilibrium displacement in a given regulation time. The research results have been applied to the injection-production allocation of actual well groups, and a good development effect has been obtained.
