摘    要:为满足航空航天贮箱试验的要求,在传统设备的基础上设计了一种可用于收发422电平和对±2.5 V PCM编解码的数字量IO卡。通过研究PXI总线规范,提出了一种PXI总线接口实现方案。完成了功能电路设计,并着重介绍了±2.5 VPCM编码和解码电路的设计思想。针对硬件平台的特点,增设了板卡的热插拔功能。还重点介绍了WDM驱动程序的设计方法和步骤。详细描述了PCI9054目标传输模式的读写时序。经试验验证,该数字量IO卡达到了预定的设计目标,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of the Aerospace tank test, we design and develop a new digital IO card which is used to send and receive 422 level and to codec the± 2.5V PCM , on the basis of traditional equipment. Under the premise of studying the PXI bus specification, a kind of PXI interface implementation is proposed, the design of the functional circuits are completed, and the ideas of the ±2.5VPCM encoding and decoding circuits are focused on. For the characteristics of the hardware platform, the paper adds hot swap function to the card. The paper puts forward the method and steps of the WDM driver design, and describes the read-write timing of the PCI9054 under its target transmission mode in details. The results of the tests show that the design reaches the predetermined goals. The technology and methods adopted in the card are practical and worthy of using abroad.
