摘    要:为了解决现有高压输电线路防冰技术的不足,提出了一种能实现防冰功能的自制热导线设计方法,简要介绍了其防冰的原理.根据传热学分析了导线传热机理,并对覆冰环境进行热平衡分析,建立了导线温度场方程,提出了自制热导线临界防冰电压计算式.应用有限元分析软件对自制热导线进行热学稳态仿真,结果验证了导线温度场方程和临界防冰电压计算式的正确性.研究了环境对导线钢芯温度、临界防冰电压和等效对流换热系数的影响规律.结果表明:风速和环境温度是影响导线钢芯温度、临界防冰电压和等效对流换热系数的主要因素.

Abstract:In order to solve the deficiencies of the existing anti-icing technology for high-voltage transmission lines, a self-made thermal wire design method that can realize anti-icing function is proposed, and the principle of anti-icing is briefly introduced. According to the heat transfer theory, the heat transfer mechanism of the wire is analyzed, the heat balance analysis of the icing environment is carried out, the wire temperature field equation is established, and the calculation formula for the critical anti-icing voltage of the self-made thermal wire is proposed. The finite element analysis software is used to conduct thermal steady-state simulation of the self-made thermal wire, and the results verify the correctness of the wire temperature field equation and the calculation formula of the critical anti-icing voltage. The influence of the environment on the temperature of the wire''s steel core, the critical anti-icing voltage and the equivalent convective heat transfer coefficient is studied. The results show that wind speed and ambient temperature are the main factors that affect the conductor steel core temperature, critical anti-icing voltage and equivalent convective heat transfer coefficient.
