箱体初始变形对注入头工作性能的影响

摘    要:针对连续管作业机注入头在现场作业过程中发生链条滚子碎裂、链轮磨损及箱体变形等问题,提出箱体初始变形对注入头工作性能的影响研究。利用SolidWorks软件建立设计箱体及不同初始变形箱体的几何模型,基于ANSYS Workbench软件平台进行注入头箱体有限元仿真计算,分析箱体结构强度及不同初始变形条件下箱体的变形规律,并通过试验验证了此仿真计算方法的可行性。结果表明:注入头箱体结构强度满足设计要求,箱体后板与左右侧板上部焊接位置存在应力集中,对箱体结构改进可以弱化应力集中现象;箱体初始变形越大,工作时产生的变形越大,Z向变形最明显;Z向初始变形最敏感,箱体向减速器侧发生初始变形会使箱体变形增大,向马达侧发生初始变形会抵消箱体变形。研究结果对注入头箱体的加工制造具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as chain roller breakage, sprocket wear and box deformation occurred in the injector head of coiled tubing (CT) machine in the field operation, a research on the influence of the initial deformation of the box on the performance of injector head is proposed. The design box and the initial deformation box geometry model were established by SoildWorks software. Based on ANSYS Workbench software platform, the finite element simulation calculation of injector head box was carried out, and the structural strength and deformation laws of the box under different initial deformation conditions were analyzed. The feasibility of this simulation calculation method was verified by experiments. The results show that the structural strength of the designed box meets the design requirements. There is a stress concentration in the welding position between the rear plate of the box and the upper left and right side plates, and the improvement of the box structure can weaken the stress concentration phenomenon; The greater the initial deformation of the box, the greater the deformation during work. Z-direction distortion is most pronounced; Z-direction initial deformation is the most sensitive, the initial deformation of the box to the reducer side will increase the deformation of the box, and the initial deformation to the motor side will offset the deformation of the box. The research results have certain guiding significance for the manufacturing of the injector head box.
