摘    要:为有效提高工业设计过程中概念设计阶段的效率和质量,提出产品形态基因杂交技术。产品形态基因杂交技术在对基因遗传特性和形态基因理论深入研究的基础上,通过对产品形态基因的提取、曲线编码、函数编码以及打断产品形态基因上的关键节点,通过形态基因片段的交叉重组迭代等操作,使产品在形态上发生改变,优化其综合性能,并获得备选的产品形态基因库。通过实际案例的验证表明,在产品的概念设计创新阶段,产品形态基因杂交技术为产品概念设计提供了新的方法,为产品形态设计提供新的技术,提高了产品设计的效率。

A Research on Hybridization Techniques of Product Form Gene in Industrial Design

Abstract:To improve the efficiency and quality of conceptual design period in industrial design, a new technique of product form gene hybridization was proposed. Based on the research of the characteristics of genetic and the theory of product form gene, by operation of extracting the product form genes, curve coding, function coding and interrupting the key nodes on the product form gene, by cross-iteration restructuring and other operations on the fragments of form gene, the change in the form of products, optimize it overall performance, and acquire the alternative pool of product form gene. Example shows that hybridization techniques of product form gene, a new method was provided for the conceptual product innovation design stage,a new technique was provided for product form design, The efficiency of product design and the quality of product design was further improved.
