摘    要:点荷载试验是较常用的测定岩石抗压强度的一种方法。为了探究点荷载试验确定抗压强度的相关性,对取自黄陵2号煤矿410巷道顶底板的煤岩试样分别进行点荷载试验与单轴抗压试验,统计分析表明:点荷载试验结果准确合理,有较强统计性;不规则煤岩试样尺寸对点荷载强度标准值具有微弱影响,试样长度满足要求前提下不宜过大,宽度以60~80mm最优,高度以45~55mm最优;点荷载试验在该工程中得到较好应用,确定了通过点荷载强度标准值与抗压强度值之间的强度转换系数K=21.76,为该工程后期设计参数的取值提供参考借鉴意义。

Abstract:Point load test is a commonly used method to measure rock compressive strength. In order to investigate the relationship between point load test and compressive strength, coal samples of the 410 coal roadway in Huangling No. 2 coal mine were used for point load test and uniaxial compressive test, statistical analysis showed: the result of point load test is accurate and reasonable, and it has stronger statistics; the size of irregular coal samples has a weak influence on the standard value of point load strength, in the case of meeting the requirements the length of coal samples should not be too large, the width is 60~80mm optimal, height is 45~55mm optimal; point load test has been well applied in this project, the strength conversion factor K=21.76 between the point load strength standard value and the compressive strength value is determined, also will provide reference for the design parameters of the later stage of the project.
