热喷涂铝涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中阻抗谱随温度变化规律的研究

摘    要:利用浸泡法以及电化学阻抗谱研究了铝涂层在3.5%NaC l溶液中不同温度下涂层电阻的变化。实验结果表明:铝涂层氧化膜对腐蚀介质的隔离能力随溶液温度升高而减弱,涂层电阻随着溶液温度的升高而降低。

Abstract:The changes of aluminum coating resistance under different temperature in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by the method of immersion and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) .The results show that: With temperature increasing the aluminum oxide film coating of ability to corrosion medium isolation is weakening, with medium temperature increasing coating resistance was decreasing.
