摘    要:钢纤维混凝土可起到减少混凝土开裂、提高结构韧性等作用,已逐渐被应用于隧道衬砌支护。但制备工艺决定了钢纤维在混凝土基体中的分布,从而严重影响钢纤维混凝土性能,因此亟须开展针对钢纤维分布与制备工艺之间关系的研究。本研究从实际工程出发,选用六种钢纤维混凝土制备工艺,浇筑了18根梁试件,开展钢纤维混凝土抗弯性能试验。试验结果表明,使用MT1制备工艺的端钩型钢纤维混凝土在破坏位置、钢纤维分布、钢纤维外露角度、外露长度、抗弯强度等方面均表现出良好性能。

Abstract:Steel fiber reinforced concrete with merits of reducing concrete cracking and improving structural toughness etc., has gradually been applied in tunnel lining support. However, the structural performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete greatly depends on the distribution of steel fibers in the concrete matrix significantly affected by the production process. Therefore, it is urgent to conduct research on the relationship between the steel fiber distribution and the production process. In this study, six production processes MT1-6 of steel fiber reinforced concrete were selected based on actual engineering conditions, and 18 beam specimens were made for the flexural tests. The test results show that the end-hooked steel fiber reinforced concrete produced using the MT1 process exhibits good performance in terms of the steel fiber distribution, exposure angle, exposed length, and the failure location, bending strength.
