摘    要:为有效解决垃圾场渗滤液的渗漏问题,用于垃圾填埋场隔离墙防渗工程,通过正交试验优选出了BFCF浆材配方(质量百分比):膨润土22%~28%、粉煤灰17%~23%、水泥18%~24%、纤维0.06%~0.12%、纯碱0.8%~1.5%、NUF-5减水剂0.4%~0.7%,余之为水。该浆材具有良好可灌性,浆材结石率>99.0%,其固结体28d的渗透系数、抗压强度和弹性模量分别为0.12~0.98×10-7cm/s、0.75~2.1MPa和230~350 MPa。BFCF浆材具有良好吸附阻滞性能,对磷、铵态氮等无机物阻滞率在98%以上,对CODCr、BOD5阻滞率在83.74%以上,对Hg、As、Pb、Cd等重金属离子均有很好的阻滞作用,阻滞率均在99.91%以上,满足了垃圾填埋场隔离墙对浆材渗透性及抗压强度的要求,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

Abstract:To find the effective solution of leakage of landfill leachate, using for landfill barrier anti-seepage engineering optimize the BFCF grouting formula (mass percent) through orthogonal test to:22%~28% bentonite, 17%~23% fly ash, 0.06%~0.12% cement fiber, 0.8%~1.5% soda ash, 0.4%~0.7% NUF-5 water reducing agent and the rest is water. This grouting material has good groutability with a grouting concretion rate over 99.0%, the consolidation coefficient of permeability of 28d compressive strength and elastic modulus are respectively 0.12~0.98x10-7 cm/s, 0.75~2.1MPa and 230~350MPa, BFCF grouting has good adsorption retardation, for ammonium nitrogen phosphorus and other inorganic blocking rate over 98%, the CODCr, BOD5 block rate is over 83.74%, the heavy metal ions such as Hg, As, Hg, Cd has very good block effect, with a block rate over 99.91%. This material, meets the requirement of grouting of the landfill barrier permeability and the compressive strength and prospectively can be widely applied in the market.
