急性运动对肥胖儿童血清脂联素、瘦素及血脂的影响研究

摘    要:目的:研究急性运动对肥胖儿童血清脂联素、瘦素及血脂的影响。方法:选择肥胖儿童40名,随机将其划分成急性运动组和对照组,急性运动组每天进行一次急性运动,对照组在实验期间不进行任何运动。结果:急性运动组实验后体重、BMI、腰臀比、臀围和实验前相比呈显著性降低(P<0.05),体脂率、体脂重、腰围和实验前相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),实验后急性运动组体重、臀围和腰臀比明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),BMI、体脂率、体脂重、腰围明显低于对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。急性运动组实验前后TC、LDL、HDL和LDL/HDL有显著性差异(P<0.05),急性运动组实验后TG与实验前相比明显降低,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01),实验后急性运动组LDL、HDL和LDL/HDL与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验后急性运动组TC、TG和对照组相比明显降低,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。急性运动组实验后血清脂联素明显升高,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01),实验后急性运动组血清脂联素明显高于对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。急性运动组瘦素实验后降低,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01);实验后急性运动组受试者瘦素低于对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:急性运动能够增加肥胖儿童血清脂联素,降低其瘦素和血脂水平。

Abstract:Objective:to study the acute exercise on obesity children serum adiponectin and leptin and blood lipid.Methods:40 of obese children,randomly divided into its acute exercise group and the control group,acute exercise group,an acute exercise on a daily basis,the control group without any movement during the experiment.Results:after acute exercise group weight,BMI,waist hip ratio,hip circumference compared to before the trial were significantly lower(P<0.05),body fat rate,weight,waist circumference and body fat than before the experiment has a very significant difference(P<0.01),the experiment after acute exercise group weight,hip circumference,and waist-hip ratio significantly lower than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05),BMI,body fat rate,body fat weight,waist circumference significantly lower than the control group,with very significant difference(P<0.01).Acute exercise group before and after the experiment the TC,LDL,HDL and LDL/HDL have significant difference(P<0.05),after an acute exercise group TG significantly lower compared with before the trial,has very significant difference(P<0.01),after the experiment of acute exercise group LDL,HDL and LDL/HDL compared with the control group with significant difference(P<0.05),the experiment after acute exercise group TC,TG,and the control group significantly decreased,compared with very significant difference(P<0.01).After an acute exercise group serum adiponectin increased significantly,with very significant difference(P<0.01),serum adiponectin experiment after acute exercise group was obviously higher than that of control group,with very significant difference(P<0.01).After an acute exercise group of leptin is reduced,with very significant difference(P<0.01);Experiment after acute exercise group leptin is lower than the control group,with very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:acute exercise can increase fat children serum adiponectin,reduce its leptin and blood lipid levels
