摘    要:关门声品质成为影响我国自主品牌汽车品质的关键因素。以提升某自主品牌SUV关门声品质为目标,开展声品质心理声学参数与主观评价的相关性分析研究,得出影响关门声品质的心理声学参数主要包括响度、尖锐度等;利用声学定位技术定位影响关门声品质的主要声源,结合噪声源位置,对车门关闭过程存在的多次碰撞提出改进方案;利用小波分析技术、心理声学分析方法以及主客观相关性评价结果验证整改方案的有效性,从而获得一整套基于声学定位技术的关门声品质改进设计方法,为全面提升自主品牌SUV整车品质感提供理论支撑。

Based on the Acoustic Positioning Technology of Door Closure Sound Quality Improvement Design

Abstract:Door closure sound quality is the key factor to affect the quality of our own brand cars. To enhance an independent brand SUV closing sound quality as the goal, the correlation analysis between the sound quality psychoacoustic parameters and subjective evaluation is carried out, the results that psychoacoustic parameters including loudness, sharpness mainly influence the closing sound quality is obtained; The acoustic positioning technology is used to identify the main noise sources, and determine closed noise source location, according to the noise source location on the door closing process of multiple collision improvement schemes. The effectiveness of the rectification scheme is verified by using wavelet analysis technique, psychoacoustic analysis method and the consistency of the subjective evaluation results and the objective evaluation parameters, a set of acoustic positioning technology used to improve the quality of the closed door design method has been obtained, which supply the theoretical support for enhancing the independent brand SUV vehicle quality sense.
