摘    要:利用硫酸铜电解工艺冷模稀土熔盐电解工艺过程,实验测定了电解过程的电场分布;并用COMSOL软件电场模型模拟该工艺的电场分布;同时将实验和模拟所得到的结果进行对比,发现模拟结果与实验相符,证明该软件能很好地模拟实际电解过程。应用该电场模型对稀土电解槽内电场进行模拟,发现模拟结果与电解槽实际运行工况测试结果相符;进而为稀土电解过程中运用COMSOL软件进行数值模拟,提供了正确性依据,为稀土电解槽的优化与改进提供理论参考。

Abstract:This paper used copper sulfate electrolytic process to carry on the cold simulation of rare earth molten salt electrolysis process.The experiment determined the distribution of electric field in the electrolysis process,and used the electric field model in COMSOL software to simulate the electric field distribution of the process. At the same time, comparing the results obtained experiments and simulation , the simulation results were matched with experiments. It is proved that the software can simulate the actual process of electrolysis; And used the electric field model in the software to simulate the electric field in the rare earth electrolysis cell. It is found that the simulation results are consistent with the test results of the actual operating conditions in the electrolytic cell. It ensured the correctness of COMSOL software when studied the rare earth electrolysis process. So, it provided a theoretical reference for the optimization and improvement of rare earth electrolysis cell.
