摘    要:针对管件焊接柔性夹具CAD系统中新实例需要重新求解导致的智能化程度不高的问题,在分析了基于实例推理(CBR)技术特点的基础上,采用CBR技术提高夹具设计系统的设计效率.在阐述了系统开发框架的基础上,介绍了将基于实例推理(CBR)技术应用在该夹具CAD系统中的方法,并且详细地描述了CBR在该夹具系统中的表示方法及元件实例库的建立过程、实例的检索与存储和对实例评价与修改的方法.通过初步验证表明,该种思路有效可行.
