摘    要:针对电容式液位传感器电容量较小引起的输出阻抗高、负载能力差、信号处理困难的缺点,基于电容充放电原理电路实现微电容测量,进而设计了基于MSP430单片机的两线制电容式液位变送器。合理利用了超低功耗的16位单片机MSP430内部的比较器、计数器和D/A转换器,输出信号经V/I电路转换为4~20 mA电流,两线制变送输出。整个系统全部选用低功耗芯片,以保证变送器静态工作电流低于4 mA。采用驱动电缆技术,有效屏蔽测量电路及电缆带来的分布电容的干扰。试验结果表明,在0~700 mm范围内,液位变送器的测量精度可以达到6‰。系统可实现两线制,且功耗低,稳定可靠。
