铝合金微弧氧化技术

摘    要:介绍了铝合金的微弧氧化技术的研究现状,阐述了在电解液中高压脉冲电场作用下铝合金表面Al2O3陶瓷层于不同时间段的形成条件和生成机理,及与现行铝合金表面处理工艺相经可能应用的领域。

Abstract:The present researches on microarc oxidation technique of aluminum alloy are introduced in this paper. The conditions and mechanisms of formation for Al 2O 3 ceramic coating on surface of aluminum alloy in electrical field by high pulse voltage of electrolyte at different times are described, and the possible applied fields of this technique is compared to those of other present surface treatment processes on aluminum alloy. The preparation methods of microarc oxidation coating and the influences of such factors as current, voltage, the kind of electrolytes on properties and structures of Al 2O 3 ceramic coating are summarized.
