电磁轴承功放结构对系统性能的影响

摘    要:电磁轴承的感性负载直接影响着高速轴承-转子系统抗干扰能力。分析了电流反馈对电磁轴承转子系统高频控制信号的影响,在此基础上提出引入电流反馈后,电磁轴承必须采用双极性开关功放结构.才能有效提高系统高频动刚度。对某高速磁浮内圆磨系统进行了动态仿真,比较了引入电流反馈后,系统高频控制信号的波形以及功放结构对系统动刚度的影响,仿真结果与理论分析一致。

Abstract:The induction load of active magnetic bearing(AMB) can directly affect the anti-jamming ability of the high-speed bearing-rotor system. In this paper, the effects of current feedback upon the high frequency control signal of the magnetic bearing-rotor system are analyzed at first,on the basis of which after,the current feedback is introduced, the AMB should adopt double polarity power amplifier structure in such a way that the dynamic rigidity can be improved effectively. A high-speed magnetic internal grinding machine is simulated in dynamic condition. After the condition of introducing current feedback, the wave shapes of high frequency control signal and the influences of power amplifier structure upon dynamic rigidity are anatomized. The simulation results are found to be in consistency with those by theoretical analysis.
