投资管理公司项目投资决策模型研究

研究投资管理公司项目资产的特点，对作为投资管理公司资产的项目价值评估做出了讨论，进一步把投资管理公司的项目投资决策理解为一个在给定的项目资产集合中移动资产数值和现金拥有量来实现其决策目标的过程。应用财富盈余最大化作为投资管理公司的决策目标，并使用一个驱动机制作为模型结构，从而获得对应的最大盈余财富和投资管理公司的策略一一对应的轨道解。本研究可以为投资管理公司在实际决策时参考使用，具有比较现实的应用意义。

Research on Project Investment Decision Model by Investment Management Company

This paper firstly studies and discusses the character and the value assessment of project asset in the investment management company. The project investment decision can be considered as a realization of its decision goal process in which the capital and cashes are shifted among the given project assets' set. The maximized surplus wealth is used as the goal of the investment management decision process and a driven mechanism is applied as the structure of the decision model, which results in the correspondent maximized surplus wealth and the tactics,i.e., solution track of the investment management. The results from this research can be used as a reference by the investment management company in doing the real decision-takings and be of practical application significance.
