高铝锌基合金热处理过程组织转变机理

摘    要:对高铝锌基合金铸态及热处理条件下所获得的组织进行了系统的分析研究,并就高铝锌基合金铸态组织转变规律与其硬度变化特征对高铝锌基合金在热处理过程中组织转变机理进行了初步探讨。研究结果表明:在不同的温度下进行等温处理,随等温温度的下降,共析转变产物有粒状化趋势;随等温转变时间的延长,共析转变产物粗化或由层片状粒化。铸态非平衡结晶组织可通过均匀化处理来消除。

Abstract:The as cast and heat treated microstructures of high Al zinc based alloy are analysed and studied systematically. Under the conditions of relationship between the heat treated microstructures and hardness, the microstructure transformation mechanicsm is primarily discussed. The resnlts slow that tha eutectoid transformation constituents tends to become granulation with decrease in isothermal temperature, and with extension of isothermal time the lamellar constituents become coarse of granule. The as cast unequilibrium structure can be uniformed by annealing.
