划分成组单元和成组单元负荷平衡的方法及其计算机软件

本文将生产流程分析法与分类编码法结合起来,尝试一种划分成组单元的新途径。引入随机抽样的理论,通过随机样本对零件组特征矩阵的检验,证明用此方法划分的单元在工艺相似、形状相似方面均可取得较为满意的结果。介绍用柔性组法平衡月负荷的方法。对三个月负荷进行平衡,所得结果令人满意。以上工作均由SGCBL软件完成。

APPROCHING A NEW WAY TO DIVIDE COMPONENTS AND MACHINES INTO GT CELL AND DEVELOPING THE SOFTWAVE

The paper proposes a new method to divide components and machines into GT cells by combining Production Flow Analysis Method with Classification and Coding Systems Method also introdueed in the paper is the theory of random sampling. The conclusion of the random samples tested by the haracteristic matrix of the group proves the way to divide components and machines into GT cells is feasible in process similarity and shape similarity of components in GT cells In addition, the paper propose a way to balance monthly loads using Flexibility Group Method. After through trials of load-balancing in three months, the result balanced is satisfactory. SGCBD soft-ware is developed for above-mentioned work.
