基于最小割集的配电系统可靠性评估算法

摘    要:为使配电系统可靠性评估更加合理和有效,本文采用最小割集理论,提出一种通用性的适于计算机实现的配电系统可靠性评估算法。该算法考虑了影响系统可靠性的诸多因素,其计算结果为配电系统规划和运行提供大量有效信息,有利于工程技术人员发现配电系统的薄弱环节并采取相应的增强措施。

Abstract:In order to make the reliability assessment of power distribution system be more rational and effective, this paper suggests a kind of reliability assessment algorithm universally adaptable to power distribution system implemented by the computer using the theory of minimal cuts. Many factors affecting the reliability in the system are considered in this algorithm, whose calculation results provide a mass of available information for the planning and operation of power distribution system, and also are favourable for engineering technological personnel to detect the weak links in power distribution system so as to adopt the corresponding enhancement measures.
