摘    要:本文通过在高纯过共晶Al-Si合金中调整Te、Mg、P加入量的试验,研究Te对含Mg的Al-Si合金铸态硅相形貌的影响。结果表明,Te、Mg、P中任何一种元素占优势时,都能以该元素为主影响合金的组织形态。

Abstract:The effects of different amount of tellurium, magnesium and phosphorus upon the micro-morphology of the silicon phase in super-pure hypereutectic A1-Si alloys have been investigated. The effects of each element on the micro-morphology of silicon phase are shown in a series of microphotograph. The experiment results indicate that the morphology of the silicon phase varies with the amount of those elements added in the alloys. Results also indicate that the morphology of silicon pha e is determined by any of these three elements when the amount of the elements added exceeds a proper percentage.
