水气二以特点及其单流体模型

摘    要:对水利工程中掺气水流的数值模拟进行了研究。从建立数学模型的角度,详细分析了水利工程中水 二相流的特点,人理论上证明:对工程中常见的稀疏气泡流,单流全模型是可行的;且水气混合物的连续方程和动量方程可分别用水相的连续方程和动量方程代替,以使问题简化。提出了掺气水流的单流体模型,并用该模型对水垫塘掺气水流进行了计算,掺气浓度计算值与实测值基本吻合,表明本文提出的单流体模型可用于水扩建塘水气二相流的数值模

Research on Ceramic Material Based on Aluminum Titannate

Abstract:Mullite Aluminum titanate(MT) ceramic materias have been made using the pre synthesized Aluminum titanate. Zirconium dioxide mullite Aluminum titanate(ZMT) ceramic materials have been synthized using the direct synthized method, whose sintering property, mechanics strength and thermal properties are discussed. The results show that the bending resistant strength and the thermal expansion coefficient of two ceramic materials based on Aluminum titanate increase with a decrease in Aluminum titanate contents; in the case of same contents of Aluminum titanate in ceramic materials of two kinds, ZMT has a high bending strength and a low thermal expansion coefficient, whose thermal shock resistance is superior to that of MT. In the case of small increase in expansion coefficient ceramic materials with high bending shock resistance and small thermal expansion coefficient based on Aluminum Titanate can be obtained.
