加筋土钢塑筋带拉拔特性的室内模型试验研究

摘    要:通过研制的加筋土筋带拉拔的室内模型试验仪,模拟填土的实际密度、湿度与上覆应力条件,依次进行了0.5 m1、.0 m1、.5 m和2.0 m不同长度筋带的拉拔试验,测试了拉拔力与拉拔变形之间的关系及筋带轴线上不同位置的应变变化过程,揭示了筋带(钢塑带)的抗拉拔力学特性以及筋带的受荷变形特性。实验结果表明,筋带(钢塑带)的拉拔力与筋带长度不呈线性增长的关系;筋带的抗拉拔力与筋带和填土之间的摩阻特性以及筋带的握裹力有密切联系。

Abstract:The In-lab model test of the retaining wall of expansive reinforcement soil was studied by using the test apparatus to simulate the actual density,humidity of the filled soil and the conditions of upper stress in this paper.Accordingly,the experiments of different length(0.5m,1.0m,1.5m,2.0m) of reinforcing belt and different densities of soil were carried out under different upper stress,and the relationships between the pulling force and two factors of the pulling deformation and the strain change process in the different positions on the reinforcement belt axial line were tested,whereby revealing the anti-pulling mechanic behaviors of reinforcement belt(steel elastic belt) as well as the deformed behaviors subject to loading of reinforcement belt.The experiment results show that there is no linear increasing relationship between the pulling force of reinforcement belt(steel elastic belt) and its length,but there are close relationships among the anti-pulling force of reinforcement belt,the friction resistance of reinforcement belt and filled earth as well as the holding force of reinforcement belt.
