我国经理管理防御水平测度研究

经理管理防御行为度量在我国仍是一个空白,而国外学者使用的外部代替变量不能很好地反映我国经理人的管理防御动机。从经理人人口学特征出发选取六个最能反映经理管理防御行为的变量,采用内容分析法构建了适合我国企业的经理人管理防御指数。并以2003~2006年上市公司的数据为例进行实例验证,发现这种经理管理防御行为在我国企业中的确存在,而且防御程度呈逐年上升趋势。

A Study of Measurement of Managerial Entrenchment Level

The measurement of managerial entrenchment is till a blank,in our country whereas,some external selective indicators used by the foreign researchers will not reflect the motivation of managerial entrenchment objectives of the managers in our country.This paper selects six indexes based on the personal characters of manager to analyze the construction of managerial entrenchment index suitable to the enterprise managers in our country with the content analysis method.Also,the real example tests are conducted with the 2003-2006 listed company data to find out that this kind of managerial entrenchment behavior exists in the enterprises,and the entrenchment tends to rise year by year in our country.
