原油降解菌在生物活性炭中的降解特性研究

摘    要:为了研究原油降解菌在生物活性炭工艺中的生物降解特性,构建了原油降解菌群SY,考察了生物活性炭反应过程中原油浓度、COD浓度及生物量的变化,分析了原油降解菌群SY在生物活性炭工艺中对污染物的去除效果、生物降解作用及生物再生作用。实验结果表明:原油降解菌群SY能有效地降解原油并实现对活性炭的生物再生作用;接种原油降解菌群SY的生物活性炭反应器对含油废水的处理效果良好,油去除率达80%以上,COD的去除率达75%以上。
