摘    要:提出了一种新的金属表面温度非接触在线测量方法。通过对传感器非接触在线测温原理的分析,提出给传感头施以稳定的低频激振信号,使其在测量时处于传感器的线性范围内(即恒灵敏区),以消除传感器与被测金属体之间的间隙对温度的影响。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地克服零漂问题,且具有起始间隙大,线性范围大,分辨率高的特点。

Abstract:A new method about on line test for temperature of metal surface without contact is presented. In order to eliminate the effect of the leakage between sensor and tested metal object to the test for temperature, exerting a steady low frequency oscillatory signal, which is in the linear scale viz.constantly sensitive section, to sensor, is presented on the base of analyzing the theory of the on line test for temperature without contact. Experimental results show that this method can effectively deal with the problem about zero drift and has such characters as wide starting leakage, large linear scale and high discern rate.
