齿轮连杆机构力分析与运动仿真

摘    要:使用广义型转化法对齿轮连杆机构力分析与运动仿真进行了研究,给出了完善后的齿轮连杆机构型转化单元力分析模型。以VC++6.0为工具,开发了一套齿轮连杆机构二维造型及运动副定义图形系统,编制了通用程序,实现了含有P副、复铰及高副的齿轮连杆机构从结构分解、运动分析到力分析自动求妥及可视化仿真。

Abstract:The force analysis and simulation of kinematics of the geared linkage mechanism are investigated using the general type transformation. The perfected force analysis models of geared linkage mechanism are suggested,and with the VC++6.0, as a tool, a graphic system of planar links and kinematics pairs of geared linkage mechanism is developed. The program with the universal applications prepared can achieve an automatic solution seeking and simulation on kinematics about geared linkages containing prismatial pairs, multi-joints and high classes in the whole process from structural decomposition and kinematics analysis to force analysis.
