钢丝网外喷高强砂浆加固钢筋砼梁的试验研究

摘    要:研究了一种新型的加固方法,即用钢丝网外喷高强砂浆加固钢筋混凝土梁,并进行了11根加固试件与未加固试件的静荷载对比试验。结果表明,加固后试验梁的受弯承载能力明显提高,梁的刚度提高较大,减小了裂缝宽度且对裂缝的发展具有明显的抑制作用,高强砂浆与原混凝土间粘接牢靠且两者能够协同工作。

Abstract:A kind of new type reinforcement method is studied,i.e. the reinforced concrete beams are strengthened using steel mesh spraying high-strength mortar over the outside surface. Also,the comparison test of static loading between 11 reinforced beams and un-reinforced testing parts is made. The results indicate that the bent bearing-loading capacity of reinforced testing beams is improved obviously; the beam rigidity is raised greatly; the reduced width of crack has the apparent inhibiting effect upon the crack development; and strong stiking connection between high-strength mortar and the existing concrete can work well together.
