| 摘 要： | 运用XP单环路系统的知识分析RV减速器，给出转速、转矩、传动比的计算公式和功率流的分流大小、流向图；并运用结点功率法给出系统的传动效率；提出根据功率流分流情况来设计传动系统的设计方法。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the RV reducer with the knowledge of XP single-loop; on the basis of which the calculational formulas of speed, torque, speed ratio,flow direction and quantity of power flow transmission are advanced. The formula of transmission efficiency is presented using power crunode method.A new design method suitable for disigning the transmission system based on the analysis of power flow is suggested. |
