高承载能力减速器温度场的计算

摘    要:采用传热学和机械学理论分析高承载能力减速器内部热源的种类和传热途径,建立了稳态传热学模型,提出了用复合平壁导热及有限元方法计算减速器三维温度场发布和散热系数。该方法计算结果符合实验结果,为高承载能力减速器散热条件改善和冷却装置设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper heavy duty reducer internal heat sources and transmission ways are analyzed and steady state heat transfer model is established using heat transfer science and mechanics theory. The three dimensional temperature field and heat release coefficient are calculated using multiple plate heat conducting formula and finite element method (FEM). The calculated results by this method are found to be in agreement with those of experiments whereby providing the bases for the improvement of heat release conditions of heavy duty reducer as well as for designing cooling installation.
