基于模糊控制的风机分布式监控系统研究

摘    要:提出将模糊控制算法用于分布式监控系统实现高炉风机压力控制的方法。给出了分布式监控系统的结构及模糊控制器的设计原理和控制分析。结果表明,该控制器能安全运行于分布式系统,具有快速、准确及超调量小等特点;适合于大扰动系统,能满足高炉风机的压力控制要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of method to use the fuzzy control algorithm in the distributed supervision and control system so as to achieve the pressure control of blast fan, and also describes the structure of the distributed supervision and control system as well as the designing principles of fuzzy controller. The testing results indicate that this controller can operate safely in the distributed system characterized by fast speed, accuracy and small excess capacity, and is also able to satisfy the controlling requirements by the furnance blast fan.
