| 摘 要： | 从水资源、环境、人口、发展之间的关系入手，分析探讨了水资源承载力的内涵及研究思路。在此基础上，建立了区域水资源承载力研究的模型体系，提出了提高区域水资源承载力的主要方针策略。

| Abstract: | Starting from the relationships among water resources environment, population and development, this paper analyzes and discusses the connotation and the studying principle and thinking of water resources bearing capacity, on the basis of which, the modeling system of regional water resources bearing capacity study is initially established. Also, the paper presents the main policies and tactics to raise regional water resources bearing capacity. |
