| 摘 要： | 宁波市是一个沿海城市，海洋渔业在国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。但是，随着传统经济鱼类资源的衰退，面临着如何实现可持续发展的严峻问题。本文在分析各种主要制约因素的基础上，根据我国海洋渔业资源现状，结合当地具体情况，就实现海洋渔业的可持续发展问题提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Ningbo is a coastal city of China and the marine fishery occupies an important place in the local national economy. But, it is facing the severe problem how to maintain a sustainable development with the trends that the traditional economic fish resources are declining. The paper makes an analysis on the major factors restricting the development of marine fishery and puts forward countermeasures for the sustainable development based on the situation of present fish resources and local conditions. |
