| 摘 要： | 水产加工工业是舟山市重要的传统支柱产业,在舟山市国民经济和社会发展中具有举足轻重的地位。加快发展水产加工工业,特别是发展水产品精深加工产业,对于增强舟山市出口创汇能力,促进舟山市经济发展,建设海洋经济大市具有极其重要的作用。进一步提升舟山市水产加工业的重点在于提高质量,关键在于发展精深加工。

| Abstract: | Aquatic product processing industry is the important traditional pillar industry in Zhoushan.It occupies a pivotal position in national economy and social development in Zhoushan.It has extremely significant effect to quickly develop aquatic product processing industry,especially to develop the precision and deep processing industry of aquatic product.It plays an important role in strengthening the capacity to earn foreign exchange through exports,promoting the economic development in Zhoushan,and constructing ocean economic market.The focal point to make farther improvement of aquatic product processing industry in Zhoushan consists in important the qualities.The key point lies in developing the precision and deep processing. |
